在经历长达两个月的休整后，国足征战世预赛40强赛的中超联赛即将重燃战火。7月11日，上海海港俱乐部迎来媒体开放日，三位国脚颜骏凌、王燊超和李昂纷纷亮相。面对即将到来的密集赛程，颜骏凌直言，这将是前所未有的严峻考验。
“球队已经休息调整了一个半月，昨天我们休息了一天，昨天我们三个国脚刚刚跟随球队训练了两天。接下来的赛程非常紧凑，对我们每个人来说都是一大考验，不过现在全队状态还不错。我们在打完40强赛后，因为隔离政策的影响，一直在苏州保持高强度训练，个人状态还是不错的。”颜骏凌说道。
谈及接下来的三天一场的高密度赛程，颜骏凌坦言：“这确实是不小的挑战，之前从来没有经历过这么密集的路程，温度非常高，三天一场踢九场，对我们、整个中超、主办方和场地都是一个巨大挑战。当然，我们也非常期待，看看可以以什么样的状态去面对。”
下半赛季，除了中超联赛外，颜骏凌面临的最为重要的比赛任务还是国家队12强赛的赛事。对此，颜骏凌表示：“目前还是希望能先为俱乐部取得一个好的成绩，关于国家队的比赛，肯定是最重要的，我个人也是做好准备，希望能拿出最好的状态。”
谈到之前去崇明基地探望恩师徐根宝，颜骏凌表示：“本来说去年7月7日应该去的，基地建立20周年，去年因为疫情原因，没有去成，放在了今年，今年其实是21周年，从2000年7月7日进入基地，21年已经过去了，还是很有意义的。”（搜狐体育 裴力）
