Confident. During a press conference on Tuesday, club president Pedrinho revealed that Vasco da Gama has made an offer to Coutinho to return and is optimistic about his return.

Pedrinho said in the release, "For Coutinho, it is logical that other clubs love him. But the very positive thing is that he really wants to come and play for Vasco da Gama. His first, second and third choices are here, that's great."

He further explained, "We have made a proposal for Coutinho that is being evaluated and adapted with his entire sports management. He will be giving up a lot in the future and we are making efforts, everything is going well and we are happy to have a happy ending."

Pedrinho emphasized that the negotiations are going well and that the club will adjust the offer to the extent possible if necessary: "Everything is going well. I don't like to talk (in advance), but everything is going well. The offer has been submitted to Coutinho's team and they are evaluating it. If we have to make any adjustments, we will do so within our means."

In addition to Coutinho, Pedrinho also mentioned the club's requests for reinforcements for Alex Teixeira and Sousa: "These are things that can happen within the contract. The last point, either or not, we will discuss."
