A classic in the hearts of Manchester United fans, the away shirt will be engraved with the legendary story of Cantona, the hero of the "flying leg". It was at Crystal Palace's Selhurst Park, facing the provocation of soccer thugs, Cantona retaliated with an authentic Chinese Kung Fu kick, which made him suffer a ban, but also achieved a period of Red Devils' legend.

In the blink of an eye, that exciting moment has gone on for thirty years. To commemorate this historic moment, Manchester United FC decided to create a jersey designed to simulate Cantona's flying leg in black, blue and gold. Whether the jersey will feature a collar or not is yet to be determined. However, those old fans will not forget that Cantona's iconic collar in the Premier League is part of his legend.

In addition, for the first time in the club's history, United's away kit for next season will be purple. The design of the shirt is inspired by the vintage style of the 90-92 season, when Giggs made his debut in a shirt with a "snowflake pattern".

Adidas has a penchant for this design, which has appeared on Manchester United shirts on three occasions, including the third away shirt of the 15/16 season, the away shirt of the 17/18 season, and the navy blue away shirt of this season. The dark lines of snowflakes on the M on the jersey have become its distinctive logo.

According to information provided by Adidas, this will be the first purple jersey in United's history to incorporate white, mauve and dark purple. The jersey is expected to be available to fans from June to September next year.
