After Slovenia shook hands with Serbia 1-1, Serbian player Mitrovic spoke about the upcoming matches in a relaxed frame of mind and jokingly said that he was going to make some phone calls to his friends in England.

The former Newcastle United and Fulham player said in his characteristically humorous way, "We came here to give it our all and now we have two days to get fit. I've got to make a few important calls before the last game though." He smiled and continued, "Hopefully my English friends will do their best so we have an easier game."

Of course, this is just a way of teasing Mitrovic, who also made it clear that the Serbian team will take every upcoming match seriously. "We will be ready to do our best to win the game against Denmark. This is soccer, where winning and losing are often within millimeters." He added, "I hope that when it matters, I will be able to score and help the team to win."

The pairings for the final round of the group stage are now clear, with Denmark taking on Serbia and England welcoming Slovenia. For Serbia, they not only need to prepare for their own match, but also need to focus on the outcome of another match, as the fate of the group could be affected by the results of other matches.
