The way it is composed consists of the following steps: first of all, 1 young player will be selected, and U22 players from 12 clubs in the K1 League will be voted by the fans from June 24th to June 30th, and the list of candidates will be announced on the 21st.
Secondly, the fans will select 11 players, with multiple candidates for each position (goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, striker), and the final decision on the list of candidates will be made by the Federation's Technical Committee (TSG), which will be open for fan voting from July 5th to 14th.
Finally, the K-League coaching staff will select 10 players on top of the 11 selected by the young players and the fans to make sure the team is properly staffed at every position.
This initiative aims to showcase the strength and level of the Korean K-League, while providing Korean players with a valuable opportunity to play against top international teams, as well as providing fans with the chance to participate in selecting their favorite players.
