After the final round of matches, Spain secured top spot in the group with a 1-0 win over Albania. Croatia's 1-1 draw with Italy allowed Italy to advance to second place in the group and will face Switzerland. Croatia is third in the group with two points, but its fate is not yet certain and it could be at risk of exiting the tournament. Albania finished the Europa League campaign at the bottom of the table.
