On a sunny Sunday morning (24th), a fiery warm-up match kicked off in the United States of America, with Arsenal and Chelsea battling it out in the "London Derby". The focus of attention naturally fell on several new players who had just transferred from Manchester City, with Gabby Giles and Sinclair leading the way on Arsenal's side, while Chelsea had Starnham in midfield. However, the game turned out to be an unexpected one, as Arsenal, led by Gabby Giles, beat Chelsea 4-0.

Arsenal controlled the tempo of the match, with Gabby Giles scoring in the 15th minute from a precise direct feed from Gleshaga, followed by another goal from Martyn Odegat in the 36th minute. In contrast, Chelsea's side had almost no effective offense, and Staanen's performance was rather dull. The game remained unchanged as Bukayo Saka made it 3-0 in the 66th minute with a goal in front of the goal, while Sambiru Ganga made it 4-0 with a header in stoppage time.

Arsenal have had a great pre-season warm-up, winning all four games and Gabby Giles contributing four goals individually, making the £45 million transfer fee a great value for money. Arsenal have one more warm-up game to play before the league opener, which is against West Vale at the Emirates Stadium this Saturday (30th).
