The club is facing a dilemma over the retention of Manchester United striker Cron. They are reportedly planning to bring in a new striker, and the French media have revealed that United have their eye on the young shot-stopper Dibili of Ligue 1 side Lyon. The 26-year-old talented French player currently has only one year left on his contract, and United is expected to sign him for a low price of 20 million euros.

Dibili's all-round game and accurate shooting saw him set a new personal record for league goals in a single season with 21 goals in 30 appearances in Ligue 1 last season, placing him third in the top scorer's table behind Kylian Mbappe, who scored 28, and Binyeda, who scored 25.

Although Dibili has attracted the attention of a number of top clubs in recent years and was originally priced at a premium, Lyon can no longer justify continuing to overpay to keep him as he only has one year left on his contract.

It's worth noting that Lyon have recently signed Arsenal shot-stopper Nakachidi, apparently in preparation for Dibili's departure. It is reported that United will only have to pay €20 million to bring the talented shot-stopper into the fold, thus avoiding the need to overpay for a star again.
