Chelsea FC head Abramovich has been hit by severe sanctions from the British government, resulting in the club's financial chain breaking and its inability to pay its staff on time. According to British media revelations, Abu's security team has had to make drastic budget cuts and the living conditions of his staff have been severely affected as a result. From daily food and lodging to internet service and even basic toilet paper, employees were asked to pay out of their own pockets, all because of Abu's inability to afford it.

The report further noted that after Abu was sanctioned, all assets under his name in the United Kingdom, including the Chelsea Club and related properties, were frozen. This has left the Chelsea Club with only limited operations, and the compression of various expenses has been particularly noticeable. Among them, the plight of the security team is the most prominent, and many of the costs that were originally borne by the club have now been passed on to the staff.

In fact, Abu's security team was hired by a British company with the primary responsibility of safeguarding the personal safety of his ex-wife, Ilana Marantina, and their five children in the UK. The monthly expenditure amounted to 400,000 pounds. As Abu was unable to pay this, part of the bill had to be borne by his ex-wife.
