According to an announcement from the club, Kreuziger will play one season at Stuttgart. According to Sky Sports Germany, the deal is for a loan fee of around €500,000 and the agreement has an option to buy out for less than €10 million.
In an interview, Kretzger expressed his anticipation for the new challenge: "Stuttgart offers me the opportunity to develop further, I can learn from my teammates in a good environment and have the chance to get more playing time. That's exactly why I came here and I'm looking forward to the future."
Last season, Kreuziger had been loaned out by Bayern to Vienna, Austria, where he played 17 games for the team, scoring one goal and three assists, showing his potential and technical ability.
