Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- According to the Daily Mail, Ferdinand talked in an interview.

Ferdinand has admitted that tenhach can no longer trust some of his players after recent off-field incidents at the club. Rashford was reportedly spotted going to a nightclub in Faust before stating that he was ill. Rashford also missed the game against Newport as a result, and Ten Hahn admitted it was an internal issue he had to deal with.

Ferdinand expressed regret in an interview that Ten Hahn often has to deal with off-field issues and can't focus on club matters, saying, "Who else is dealing with these stupid mistakes? Who else is dealing with these personal behaviors off the pitch? United is the biggest club in the world and we are dealing with someone who has to deal with a lot of issues in front of the public. United don't let wrongdoers get away with anything, that's what I like about it. The other thing is trust, he can't trust his players to keep him focused on soccer at the moment."

Rashford was criticized by the manager for going out clubbing after United's loss to last October, and Ten Hahn said of the incident at the time, "I spoke to him, it was unacceptable, and he apologized, and that's the way it is, it's an internal matter for us."

Ferdinand said, "I think Ten Hundred has to stick to a strong position and be consistent. If he chooses to deal with Rashford the way he did with Sancho then he will make a lot of money in the transfer market, Rashford was supposed to be the one to lead this team. Everyone knows Sce, everyone thinks he's the quietest of the bunch but on nights out he's a nutter, he's one of those last ones home.

"At the end of the day, all these things go back to the way the manager manages. I hate to go and talk about these things outside of the game, but they keep popping up now, and it's been like that for years, and outside of the game we go and talk about a lot of different things, depending on the club, the players, and the culture that the manager has created."
