According to the Daily Sporting News, a court has received and joint lawsuit which is against the president of the league.

Per Sports says that the clubs Barcelona and Real Madrid believe that Tevas blocked the right of these two teams to vote at a club meeting. And they describe it as an illegal and unilateral practice, the reason for which both clubs believe is because of their involvement in the European Super League program.

Tevas had organized a club audiovisual conference to discuss topics such as the commercialization of the league. Among the six members were Barcelona, Real Madrid,, Ponferradina and La Liga president Tevas.

The lawyers jointly hired by Barcelona and Real Madrid pointed out that the two clubs were excluded from these meetings and argued that this was due to participation in the European Super League. The reasoning was that Atletico Madrid attended this meeting after withdrawing from the European Super League.

And to add insult to injury, the club representatives of Barcelona and Real Madrid were kicked right out of the video conference at the meetings last April and May.
