In yesterday's stormy weather, the results of the admission review for the new season of China's professional soccer league were like a heavy bomb, finally unveiled. The CFA took the lead in releasing the first list of preliminarily verified clubs, which are not only free from the suspicion of salary arrears, but also free from debt troubles. However, after the list was unveiled, some of these unexpected clubs were absent, sparking widespread concern.

The 16 clubs in the Chinese Super League, which many fans have been waiting for, did not appear in the first list as expected, such as Wuhan Sanzhen and Cangzhou Lions. Surprisingly, Zhang Yan, whose Chengdu Rongcheng club was in the spotlight for not signing the salary and bonus confirmation form, is on the list.

Niu Zhiming, a reporter from Taishan Evening News, broke the news on his personal social media that many players have expressed doubts about the list. He wrote in his article, "This public list is quite surprising. Why have certain players not signed it, and why have numerous teammates not signed it? Why do they have to bear the name of arrears? The players have already submitted relevant materials to the FA."

Attorney Bing Zhang, who is the agent of many players, spoke out at the first opportunity through his personal social media, stating, "This is not a guarantee to be on the list. If the club is mixed into the first list, it must be an inaccurate declaration."

Attorney Bing Zhang reassured the public that he had the decision made by the FA before October 31, 2024 in his hands and that the evidence was overwhelming that more than one player had not signed the confirmation form.

With the announcement of the FA's first debt settlement list, controversy is rising. The answer to the question of which clubs on the first list will make it through will be revealed when the access list is officially unveiled.
