The behind-the-scenes logic behind the clubs' inclusion or non-inclusion is revealed, as is the dissection of the reasons why. The key sticking point is that some of the clubs are internally indebted, especially in terms of salary arrears for players and staff, and are not yet involved in disputes with external partners. The above publicized clubs will still have to go through the test of a three-day publicity period to see if any reports emerge. Once it is confirmed that there are still salary and debt arrears, they will face a re-examination. Even if the debt issue is resolved, the clubs will need to meet strict standards, including improving team building and base facilities, or else they will not qualify for the new professional league season.

The public list reveals that there are still three clubs in the Chinese Super League not yet included, six in the Chinese First Division and four in the Chinese Second Division, totaling 13 clubs facing problems. These 13 clubs are as follows: Super League: Wuhan Sanzhen, Cangzhou Lions, Changchun Yatai. Middle A: Meizhou Hakka, Guangzhou team, Guangxi Pingguo, Nanjing, Yanbian Longding, Heilongjiang Bingcheng. Middle B: Jiangxi Lushan, Hunan Xiangtao, Ganzhou Rui Lions, Tai'an Tian'an. Meanwhile, the FIFA registration ban update shows that Cangzhou Lions (4), Guangzhou (1), Jiangxi Lushan (3), Meizhou Hakka (1), Wuhan Sanzhen (11), and Yanbian Longding (2) are still affected by the transfer registration ban. This means that these six clubs are facing even more difficult problems.

The CFA has attached great importance to whether clubs have wage and debt problems in this access review, aiming to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of players, but this is only one of the conditions for access to the league for the new season. According to the announcement of the CFA, the list will be publicized for three working days (from December 3 to December 5, 2024). If no report is received during this period, the FA will regard the submission as true and valid. In addition, the FA will also conduct an in-depth review of other access conditions, and all conditions will be met before final access is completed.
