The transfer fee for Turkish Super League giants Galatasaray's Nigerian shot-stopper Vitor Osungham has experienced a dramatic dip, plummeting from an initial 120 million euros to 75 million euros. Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain quickly stepped in with plans to launch transfer talks in Bori and aim to finalize the deal next January.

According to the French media, PSG president Ekarlija is patiently waiting for the best time to move for Vitor Ossenhan and plans to launch an offensive next January. Coach Anriki admitted that he had made the mistake of giving up on Vitor Ossenhan this summer. At the time, he envisioned selling Vitor Ossenhan in a bundle with Chihuahuasquilla for as much as 220 million euros, but that was clearly too aggressive and went unanswered.

After the failure of Bori's high-priced transfer plan, Vedanta Ossenhan became a lone player in the transfer market for a while. In the end, he had to borrow from the Turkish Super League side. Galatasaray have expressed an interest in converting this loan into an official transfer, but had PSG been more financially strong, they would probably still be the dominant player.

Earlier rumors suggested that Manchester United were interested in signing Vitor Ossenhan in exchange for Joshua Shukes and cash. With PSG stepping in, United will have to act quickly if they want to get a head start in this battle.
