Manchester United flanker Anthony Mafios never expected to become a highly sought-after "double-dip" in the market when he joined the team. But given Ajax's exorbitant asking price and Liverpool's limited funds, Gopp eventually opted out. Manchester United then recruited Anthony for a whopping €100 million.
In the end, Shana extended his contract with Liverpool for three more years to continue playing for the team.
