Looking back at last month, Manchester United announced that they had parted ways with Winnisdale, and the Lee St City coach continues to show remarkable strength in his second campaign in charge. On Sunday (8), Lister City hosted Brighton in the Premier League. After falling behind by two goals in the 85th minute, the team miraculously recovered two goals and drew 2-2. Since taking charge of the team, Wennesdale has led the team to keep all the victories in six Premier League matches.
Lister City looked rather passive in the game against Brighton, who have been in impressive form this season. Lamptey broke the record on 37 minutes and then launched a quick counter attack on 79 minutes when Nguba Mintai equalized. I thought it was all over for Lister City, but on 86 minutes, Mehwadi grabbed a chance in the box and the 37 year old added a second in stoppage time, followed by an assist from Boubilette to dramatically level the score at 1-1.
In just two games in charge of Leicester City, the man in the clouds has lifted United to three wins and a draw with a win and a draw. In six games in the Premier League, he is yet to taste defeat. In fact, since his last spell in charge of Dutch Eredivisie side Yen Hoven, the last time he lost a league game was back in January 2023, and it's been nearly two years since he went unbeaten in the league!
