Former Arsenal and Manchester City star Sagna has revealed that new Manchester United manager Ruben Emolian could be looking to extend Paul Puba's contract. The reason for this is that Emolian's past as a player has given him a good understanding of Puba's situation.

Sagna emphasized: "Emolian has played alongside Puba at the club, they are both former players. When United let Puba go, they already had a strong bond. I believe that the young Emolian will miss Puba, after all, United has a place in everyone's heart."

Sagna has also spoken to Puba on many occasions and is well aware of his deep love for United: "Puba's development has not been as good as he would have liked since his return to United, but he is not an isolated case, as many of United's players were experiencing challenges at the time."

Puba's four-year ban for a drug violation was reduced on appeal. He is expected to return as early as next March. However, Juventus have announced that they have terminated his contract. He has been a free agent since November 30th. Shagna sees an opportunity for United to re-admit Puba, a view he takes both seriously and surprisingly.
