Liverpool have had a great season, but the contract extensions of Mohamed Sanaa, Waqir Yundjak and Alexandre Arnault are still outstanding. These three core players will enter the ranks of free agency next summer, but the contract renewal negotiations have made no progress. Fans' concerns have been further heightened by the release of Liverpool's official 2025 calendar.
The 2025 Liverpool calendar, priced at £10.99, features 12 top players each month, three of whom are considered 'renewal targets'. Confusingly, February's cover features Arnott, March's Shana, and April's Wendy Jaques. Many of the "Lee fans" suspect that this may be the club's intention, after all, the first half of the Chinese players have joined, if the second half of the players left, fans may be purchasing calendars on the players who have left the team will be embarrassed.
Real Madrid are rumored to have their sights set on Alexandre Arnault to fill the void left by the departure of Daniel Kahwaja. Mohamed Sanaa is also in the sights of the Saudi club.
