In the morning sunshine of January 12, Italian media personality Nicolo Scilla revealed that La Liga rivals Valencia have completed a deal with English Premier League side Bournemouth to bring in English right-back Max Aarons on loan first, with a buyout clause of up to 9 million euros (about 7.5 million pounds).

Valencia are said to be in love with the 25-year-old defender in his prime, and after some intense negotiations, the two sides have finally reached a transfer agreement. Aarons will first join Valencia on loan, while Valencia retains the right to buy him out at the end of the loan period for €9 million. Meanwhile, Bournemouth will also get a 10% share of the proceeds from Aarons' possible second transfer in the future.

Aarons, the player who came out of the Norwich youth academy, joined Bournemouth in the summer of 2023 for a fee of €8.1 million. But unfortunately, he has only played 4 games for Bournemouth so far this season, with very few appearances. This transfer is certainly a fresh start for Aarons, who will be looking for more playing opportunities to showcase his talent at Valencia.

Should Valencia decide to exercise their buyout rights, Ahrens will sign a long-term deal with the team until 2029. Not only does this offer Arens a stable career prospect, it will also provide him with the stage to show his strength in the Spanish top flight.

For Valencia, this introduction of Arens is a crucial addition. With this move, they have strengthened the team's backline and are better prepared for future tournaments. Fans are looking forward to the arrival of Arens and hope he can shine in his new home and bring more glory to the team.
