In the prelude to the upcoming Europa League, Albania's skipper Silvinho boldly predicted that the opening match would be like a landslide, exerting a huge invisible psychological weight on the Italian team. His words are sharp, and even though Albania's journey through the qualifiers has been fraught with obstacles, they are still sharpening their blades and preparing to take on all nations on the Euro stage.

Silvinho did not forget to remind that Italy, the old kingdom of soccer, always stands at the top of the competition and is not less competitive. He cited Brazil's draw with Switzerland in the 2018 World Cup as an example, warning Italy that once it loses its first match, it fears that its subsequent journeys will be difficult.

However, Silvinho also confessed that although Albania is not burdened with the same heavy expectations as Italy, a tense atmosphere also pervades the team. He revealed that the players are in good physical condition and are giving their best on the training ground, vowing to leave a colorful mark on this European Cup.

Looking back, Silvinho reveled in his coaching career in Italy. He mentions that he learned valuable experience as an assistant coach at Inter Milan and praises the tactical philosophy of Italian soccer.

As the Europa League draws closer, Silvinho and his Albanian team are ready to go, eager to prove themselves on the field and challenge the footballing greats, including Italy, to a show of force.
