Barcelona have suffered a succession of blows, with soldiers on the pitch going down one after another. Following Daniel Omo's injury in the thick of the La Liga action, central midfielder Fermin Rubis was unlucky to suffer a new injury after a five-week-long layoff, and his absence will no doubt pose a challenge to coach Felix's tactical layout.
Fermin Rubis suffered an unfortunate injury in a match at the end of last month and although he is close to recovering, according to the latest reports in the Spanish media, the 21-year-old Spanish international has re-injured his right foot and is not expected to return to action anytime soon.
Barcelona's attacking midfield has been stretched with injuries to Daniel Omo and Fermin Lubis. With the upcoming UEFA Cup tie, coach Felix may have to make some changes to his squad for the visit of Monaco in the early hours of Friday morning (20).
