Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano broke the news that former La Liga top scorer Dovbe has confirmed to join Roma, and both sides will sign a five-year professional contract. It is reported that the transfer fee is only 30 million euros (equivalent to about 254 million Hong Kong dollars), Roma seems to have picked up the treasure.

After the news of Dovby joining Roma spread, the club quickly reached an agreement with the player on his personal treatment. Next, Roma and Quirona will jointly pay the transfer fee, which is expected to remain at a total of €30 million. Looking back to last summer, Chirona only bought Dovbjerg for 7.75 million euros (about 66 million Hong Kong dollars), just one year to realize several times the income, is a cost-effective deal.

Dovby, who scored 24 goals in 36 La Liga appearances last season, won the top scorer title by just one goal ahead of Villarreal striker Alexander Solov, and is representing Ukraine in this year's European competition.

The Kirona team prepared for Dovby's departure as well, planning to fill the forward gap with Tottenham Hotspur striker Benikir.
