Good news is coming in for Real Madrid in exciting news. After six months of injury, Ada Miredao announced on Monday (4) that he is back in training and is expected to return to action in April. This is not only a great encouragement to the Galaxy, but also a sign that the Brazilian star will help the team to reach the UEFA Europa League's top eight.
Looking back to last August, Aidamiledao suffered an unfortunate injury in a La Liga match against Bilbao, rupturing the cruciate ligament in his left knee, leaving a void in Real Madrid's defensive line. With the rotating absence of defenders like Alaba and even midfielder Cao Yaveney having to play as a centerpiece, the return of Aidamiledao has undoubtedly injected a shot in the arm for the team.
The 26-year-old defender is not only solid defensively, but also has excellent assisting skills, contributing seven goals in 51 games last season. Meanwhile, goalkeeper Thibaut Gauthier is also scheduled to return in April to further strengthen Real Madrid's defense.
More interestingly, German media revealed that Bayern Munich left-back Alphonso Davies has agreed to join Real Madrid. The 23-year-old Canadian international's contract will expire in June next year as Bayern failed to fulfill his request for an annual salary of 20 million euros (about HK$170 million). In order to avoid losses, Bayern plan to sell him this summer, and Alphonso Davies has a market value of 60 million euros (about HK$510 million).
