Kubo Kenyoung, a well-known international player in the Japanese soccer world, has conquered many fans with his unique charisma since he set foot in La Liga. Last season, he made a name for himself at Real Sociedad, and now he is even more starry-eyed, contributing 3 goals and 1 assist in just 5 league matches. Spanish newspaper Marca disclosed that Real Madrid has been secretly following the development of the Japanese star and holds the right to distribute 50% of the proceeds from his next transfer, which means that Real Madrid is expected to recall him to Madrid for half the price, i.e., 30 million euros (about 250 million Hong Kong dollars).
Looking back to 2019, Real Madrid then signed Kubo Kenyoung, however then loaned him out to Mallorca, Villarreal and Kitafi, and last year sold him to Real Sociedad for 33 million euros (about HK$275 million), but the contract clearly states that Real Madrid has the right to share 50 percent of the revenue from his next transfer. Marca further revealed that Real Madrid is convinced of Kubo Kenyoung's potential, and if he continues to improve, Real Madrid will not rule out the possibility of using the relevant clauses to bring him back to Madrid once again, just as it did this summer when it recalled youth product Frank Garcia to the team.
