Barcelona's performance in the last 32 of the Copa Libertadores on Thursday (5) was a bit dull as they faced CF Inter away from home. Despite taking the lead on three occasions, they were eventually equalized and only won 4-3 in extra time, which was a bit of a disappointing performance. However, coach Xavi said after the match that he accepted the result and highly praised CF Inter's excellent performance, and considered that advancing to the next round was a perfect ending.

Despite the fact that Barcelona had to play without Roberto Lewandowski and other key players, the starting lineup was still star-studded, with Ronald Anaozu, Oswin Nidibili and Rafin Chabiloni scoring to help the team take the lead on three occasions. However, CF Inter's Sudwina scored a hat-trick of goals to equalize the score three times. In overtime, Barcelona scored the winning goal in the 103rd minute by Ansel Fadi to advance 4-3.

Despite the twists and turns of the victory, Xavi said after the game, "We're still in the Western Conference, but seven La Liga teams have already been eliminated, so is that a rude awakening? It was an incredibly tough game for us to win, and we had a chance to seal the win early on before extra time, but didn't capitalize on it. The players need to learn from their mistakes and I am very happy with the game and the result."
