Following Real Madrid's 2:0 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt to take home European Super Cup glory, Real Madrid president Florentino swirled into the interview box.

"A fantastic season and this Super Cup has brought new expectations." The Old Master confidently commented, "We first had to reach the final and then win it. Our team is unrivaled and their performance was impeccable."

Speaking about Ancelotti's leadership, Florentino added: "An has the team in order and he is the key to success. We are looking forward to the start of the season on Sunday. This year has been perfect for us, no one has been better, but we have to be persistent and fight for the future day after day."

Regarding the team's reinforcement plans, Florentino revealed, "We have to focus on training, An has put the team on the right track, and we have not considered anything else yet."

When asked about Benzema's potential successor, the Old Master replied, "Look at our strikers, they are healthy and fine. Even if a player gets injured, we are strong enough to fill the gap. As for the Ballon d'Or, I think he deserved that honor last year and even more so this year."

Talking about the comparison with the legendary President Bernabeu, Florentino lamented: "President Bernabeu has his own unique legend, he is the founder of Real Madrid, and you can't just measure his achievements by trophies. I'm just trying to follow in his footsteps. The victories are certainly something to be proud of, but I don't think they are comparable."

On Barcelona's massive reinforcements, Florentino said, "Some seasons we are better, others slightly less so, but Barcelona are one of the most important clubs in the world and, like Real Madrid, they have to regain their glory. It's a good thing for everyone and for world soccer."

Looking ahead to the season, Florentino envisioned, "We can't win everything, but we'll try to keep the fans happy and we're at our best right now."
