La Liga powerhouse Real Sociedad officially unveils
The team has completed a contract extension with Swedish-born striker Isak until 2026.
Isak, 21, has been with Real Sociedad since his move from Germany's Borussia Dortmund in 2019, making 44 appearances for the team last season, scoring 17 goals and contributing two assists. He played with the Swedish national team at Euro 2020 this summer, and despite Sweden failing to make it to the last eight, Isak's performances were still notable and garnered numerous accolades. After renewing his contract, Isak said, "I am very pleased to be able to continue to stay at Real Sociedad, this is a club full of charm, I deeply feel the love of the team, I am eager to grow with the team."
