The reasons behind the inclusion and exclusion of many of the clubs have been revealed, with the central sticking point being that some of the clubs are internally indebted, particularly in terms of salary arrears for players and team personnel, and have not yet been involved in disputes with external partners. The future fate of these publicized clubs will have to be tested by a three-day publicity period, during which they will have to be reassessed if there are reports of salary arrears or debt. Even if the debt issue is resolved, the clubs will still need to strictly adhere to a series of entry criteria, such as ladder construction and training bases, or else they will not be eligible for a spot in the new professional league season.

The published list of clubs reveals that three clubs remain uncovered in the Chinese Super League, while six are in the Chinese First Division and four in the Chinese Second Division, for a total of 13 clubs facing challenges. The 13 clubs are as follows: Super League: Wuhan Sanzhen, Cangzhou Lions, Changchun Yatai. Middle A: Meizhou Hakka, Guangzhou team, Guangxi Pingguo, Nanjing, Yanbian Longding, Heilongjiang Bingcheng. Middle B: Jiangxi Lushan, Hunan Xiangtao, Ganzhou Ruishi, Tai'an Tian'an. It is worth mentioning that in the December 2 update of the FIFA registration ban, Cangzhou Lions are still facing four transfer registration ban, Guangzhou team one, Jiangxi Lushan three, Meizhou Hakka one, Wuhan three town eleven, Yanbian Longding two. These six clubs are facing more difficult problems.

The access audit, in which the CFA is particularly concerned about whether clubs have wage and debt problems, aims to protect the legitimate rights and interests of players, but it is only part of the access conditions for the new league season. According to the CFA's announcement, the list will be publicized for three working days (December 3 to December 5, 2024). If the clubs are not reported during this period, the FA will regard their submissions as authentic and valid. At the same time, the FA will also conduct a detailed review of other access conditions, and only after all the conditions are met, the club can finally obtain access to the qualification.
