According to The Independent.
Manchester United Football Club
Nick Cox, the director of the youth academy, talked about the
Menou
Performance at the Euros and its potential. Menu became the youngest debutant in England's national team history behind Owen and Wayne Rooney after his performance against Switzerland.
Nick Cox said, "Menu shows a looseness on the court, he's not a boisterous or loud kind of player. He can be a bit naughty at times, but he is very respectful, humble and consistent. Being able to stay calm under pressure is a crucial quality for a soccer player. Menu shows real confidence on the pitch, a feeling that is not arrogance but real confidence."
Another United youth coach, Travis Binion, is also confident in Menu's talent and performance: "We all know that Menu has great talent and he is aware of that. The key is how hard he works and how he performs. He has believed since he was eight years old that he could reach the highest level and I started to see his potential when he was fourteen. Manchester United have shown him the opportunities that lie ahead so we need to be ready for his progress at all times."
Menu has shown excellent growth potential in his time in the Manchester United youth academy, and his confidence and focus make him a shining star in the football world of the future.
