The World Club could be a headache for the pair, as it will be held in the United Arab Emirates just days after the first FIFA matchday in 2022.
The next few days could bring players for different options, not the least of which is that Maxi Meza and Esteban Andrada could be called up to Albiceleste, but Maxi clearly wants to be in the Middle East with El Monterrey.
"I didn't miss anything," the player said briefly upon arriving in Aguascalientes.
Other players who could be called up for the Commable qualifiers include Sebastian Viegas of and Stefan Medina of Colombia.
He made his World Club debut in the United Arab Emirates on Saturday, Feb. 5, against Al-Ahly of Egypt.
