The Blue Cross extended its lead when Romero swung a header into the box and Julio Dominguez fired a left-footed shot on goal in the 51st minute of play.
The Blue Cross offense continued to roll, and in the 59th minute, Romero sent a pinpoint cross to Escobar, who fired a shot in the air to nearly seal the 3-0 Blue Cross victory.
The final full game ended 3-0 to Nekoosa as Blue Cross continued to stay atop the standings with its third consecutive win.
