According to a report from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter Milan plan to form a second team in the summer of 2025 in order to fulfill the club's rejuvenation strategy and supplement the first-team squad through youth training.

Inter Milan realizes that the transfer market alone is not sustainable, so they are looking to enhance the club's internal blood supply through the formation of a second team. The establishment of the second team will further utilize the important role of youth training and provide more support for the club's future growth.

While clubs such as Juventus have long since formed a second team and competed in the Italian C League, Inter Milan have faced a number of challenges such as high costs and availability of facilities. However, Inter Milan have already begun to address these issues in preparation for the formation of a second team scheduled for the summer of 2025.
