According to an exclusive report by The Telegraph, the England soccer team's top brass want to continue working with Southgate, despite his contract expiring in December this year. Southgate has made history under his leadership with England reaching the final of a major tournament held overseas for the first time.

Although it was previously rumored that Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe could replace Southgate, it appears that the relationship between Southgate and England is so strong that the FA has not embarked on a plan to find a replacement.
Southgate has yet to make a concrete decision on his future, but the FA is hopeful that he will continue to work with them after the Euros. His current contractual arrangements allow for a full assessment and discussion between the two sides after the tournament.
